I have registered my domain name successfully but why does it still appear to be available in a Whois search ?

All recently registered domain names (within last 48 hours) will still shown as available in a Whois search. This is normal. It can take up to 72 hours for some domain names to be updated in the Whois server. If you've received a confirmation from us, you can be sure that it's registered and nobody else can register it again.
