The My Statistics report allows you to monitor the activity of your account and see how much disk space is currently being used. This information is especially important to be aware of in situations where your hosting company or service provider may have limits to the amount of bandwidth or disk space email accounts can use.
Start date - The date that you want the report to start calculations. Clicking the calendar icon will pop up a calendar to help make choosing the correct date easier.
End date - The date that you want the report to end. Clicking the calendar icon will pop up a calendar to help make choosing the correct date easier.
Generate report - Clicking on this button will generate the report, which causes the items below to be calculated and displayed.
Report Fields
Messages Received - The number of email messages that came in to this account over the time period specified.
Messages Sent - The number of email messages that were sent out from this account over the time period specified.
Space Used - The current amount of disk space used. Note: This is the current disk space usage and does not change based on the date range chosen.
Junk E-Mail - The current amount of disk space used by the Junk E-Mail folder.
Deleted Items - The current amount of space used by the Deleted Items folder
