Please follow the following steps :
Step 1 : Login in Helm CP :
I) Type the Helm CP URL or IP :
http://cp.yourdomain.com
( Where yourdomain.com is to be replaced by the Your actual domain name )
http://99.99.99.999
( Replace it with Your server IP)
II) Login with Helm CP Username + Password :
Username : xxxxxxxx
Password : ******
Step 2:
First create a plan with all the features you wish your own domain to come with from Helm:
Helm >> Select hosting plan >> Add new >> Specify plan name >> Specify other required detail like setup fee, recurring fees and period for hosting according your hosting fee plan >> Save.
Note: Make sure you remember to assign a cost of zero to the plan you assigned to yourself else Helm will send you invoices (if you're using the integrated payment system)
Step 3:
Now configure the resource limit for hosting plan
Click on the host plan to configure the resource limit >> Specify the no.of domains, transfer rate of bandwidth and size of disk space >> Save Specify other necessary web resource on the hosting resource option like web resource; email resource; ftp resource; dns resource etc.
Note: Make sure you have to assign huge resources yourself under the package else your client will not able to access hosting resources.
Step 4:
Now you have to create a user for yourself under the created hosting package:
Helm >> User >> Add new >> Adding information to the user profile >> Save
Let's add the hosting package to the user account >> Select user >> Package >> Add new >> Give package name,it can be any thing >> Select hosting plan the drop down menu >> Save.
Note: Now you can see, You have add a hosting package to the user account, You are now able to add domain.
Step 5:
Adding the new domain :
Helm >> Select username >> hosted domain >> Add new >> Specify domain name and save.
This is a complete process to create a new site for yourself in your reseller hosting package.
