You can take your backup through various wasy which are as following.
Domain: You can take backup of domian through FTP.
MS Access Database: You can also take backup of MS Access Database using FTP.
MS SQl Database: You can take the backup of MS SQL Database using Enterprises Manager or you can send a request to us for Database Backup.
MySql: You can take the backup of MySql Database using Phpmyadmin tool, which you use through Helm CP.
