This is in continuation with the announcement we released for the change of Mail Server at :
http://spani.in/helpdesk/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=17&id=360As per the details provided, we'd be starting the migration of your accounts on February 18, 2007 at 12.30 PM IST (GMT 5.30 +) and would be completed by 4.30 PM. During this time the HELM Control panel would remain stopped however the old mail server would continue to run and you won't lose any mails. We'll be preparing and uploading the video's of new mail server and by tomorrow you'll be able to pass on the same to your customers.
While we anticipate no downtime in the process, their are things beyond the control which can delay the process and we anticipate your kind cooperation during the migration process. If you have any questions related to this, please mail us at support@mywipl.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
