How to Add Ftp Accounts ?
Solution:
To add a Ftp account follow the steps below:
| STEP 1: Login Helm CP |
|
 Log on to your control panel and go to "Home YourDomain.com Ftp Accounts".
| STEP 2: Select "Add New" |
|
Select "Add New". On the next page fill out all the details:
*FTP Username : Specify Ftp Username.
*Password : Specify Ftp Password
|
| STEP 3: Assign the permission |
|
- Assign read and write permission to the Ftp account:
[*]Can Read From Folder
[*] Can Write To Folder
|
- Set permission on the folders:
/=Set permission on whole folder(/db/logs/wwwroot).
/db=Set permission on only db folder.
/wwwroot=Set permission on only wwwroot folder.
